3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) Providing accurate personal and financial information; (b) Completing KYC requirements; (c) Reading all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) before investing; and (d) Informing us of any change in risk appetite.
4. No Guaranteed Returns
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. SIPandMF does not guarantee any specific returns, minimum returns, or capital protection on any investment. Past performance is not indicative of future returns.
5. Commission & Fees
We receive trail commission from AMCs for distributing Regular Plan mutual fund schemes. This is part of the scheme's Total Expense Ratio (TER) and does not increase your investment cost. No separate fee is charged directly to investors unless explicitly communicated in writing.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal and financial data is handled in accordance with the DPDPA 2023 and applicable SEBI/AMFI guidelines. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes. Refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details.
